Thai steamed lemon fish

Ingredients

Perch fillet 3 pieces
Lemon 3
Coriander small
Chili 3
Garlic 6
No. 2 sugar 2 spoons
Fish sauce 3 spoons

Procedures

  • 1.Squeeze 3 pieces of lemon into juice, chopped parsley, pepper and garlic. Mix 2 spoons of No. 2 sugar into a half bowl of water.
