Italian Boiled fish

Ingredients

TILAPIA Fillet 4 pieces
Virgin olive oil 30 ml
Purple onion wire 1/4
Small tomato 8
Hard clam 10
Hongxi Mushroom 1/2 pack
Black olives 8
Brazil Spices 1 tsp
Italian Seasoning 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Garlic cloves 6 petals
Liquor 500 ml

Procedure

  • 1.Sprinkle the TILAPIA Fillet evenly on a small amount of salt for 3 minutes, then fry the fish fillets in a hot pan.
  • 2.Turn to the small fire in order to put garlic cloves, Hongxi mushroom, onion silk, white wine, clams, tomatoes, black olives, and stir-fried in Brazil. Cover the lid and cook for 5~7 minutes.
  • 3.Sprinkle with black pepper and spice before the pot and bring it to the soup bowl.
  • 4.Topped with virgin olive oil before serving
